Angie Hartman

Having just moved from New York City with her husband and baby girl from a career in corporate marketing now to Denver to pursue fitness and health coaching.  Angie has a love and passion for people and helping to teach others how to lead a healthy lifestyle.   Fitness has always been a passion and after taking numerous high intensity classes in New York she brings her energy and her own personal experience to every class she teaches.  In 2014 she took an intense yoga teacher training in Costa Rica to where she began teaching on a part time basis while working full time.  She understands the importance of not only intensely working the body but also countering it with stretching through yoga.  She hold a teaching certification from AFAA in group fitness and barre.  Also a 200-RYT yoga recognized by the Yoga Alliance.

Jessica Donatone

Jessica comes from an intensive background in athletics. She finished that career by spending a season in Australia playing professional basketball and assistant coaching two years at Portland State University in Oregon. Since 1999. Jessica spends her time as a personal trainer, nutrition coach, and fitness instructor.  She has served as a member on the Governor’s Council for Physical Fitness in Colorado, as well as holds certified memberships with the American Council on Exercise (ACE) and Athletics and Fitness Association of America (AFAA). Jessica is YogaFit and TurboKick certified, and has also studied Pilates with leading Pilates organizations, Polestar Education/Balanced Body and Stott. Martial arts-based exercises, sport specific agility/power/quickness drills and Pilates mat exercises, which build on core stability, add to the dynamics Jessica can offer to her clients’ workouts.  She also teaches commitment in plant-based nutrition and flexibility.

Preston Hopfenspirger

A Colorado native who enjoys all the winter sports that Colorado has to offer. Preston has been a personal trainer at the Riverfront Athletic Club since 2011. Preston is one of the lead Bootcamp and TRX instructors, with his enthusiasm for fitness and mind-body wellness Preston makes it easy to keep on track and help you achieve your fitness goals.

Jaclyn Jacobs

Jaclyn discovered Pilates at the age of 12. Jaclyn's natural passion for fitness and teaching others about the benefits for both the body and mind has lead her to exploring fitness modalities. With her wonderful energy and fun personality, Jaclyn makes each of her classes challenging yet personal.
